Web form. Consent is collected on a public, unauthenticated web page at https://weather.incentivpay.com/ (section anchor #start), in the final step of the activation form. No numbers are purchased, imported, or added to the program by any other method.

1. The visitor lands on the Weather IncentivPay home page and starts the 8-step activation form.
2. Step 1: the visitor types their own US mobile number, which we validate as a NANP mobile-capable number.
3. Steps 2–7: business details, average order value, volume, business type, challenges, and goal.
4. Step 8: the visitor must actively check an unchecked consent box containing the full SMS disclosure below. The submit button stays disabled until the box is checked — consent is never pre-checked and never bundled with any other agreement.
5. On submit we store the consent flag, phone number, and timestamp, then send exactly one setup-link SMS to the number provided, from our toll-free number +1 (888) 533-8002.

All program messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (888) 533-8002, operated by PMPS Inc. dba Weather IncentivPay.

Reply STOP to any message to end all texts; we honor STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT and send a single confirmation. Reply HELP for support, or email support@incentivpay.com. Opting out never affects any other service.

For every opt-in we store the mobile number, the exact consent text displayed, the page URL, the timestamp, and the IP address of the submission, and we retain those records for at least four years or as long as the number remains subscribed.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our messaging provider strictly to deliver the messages you requested.
