• Contact and business information you submit through our activation form: mobile phone number, business name, address, website, hours, owner name, email, POS system, and loyalty program details.
• SMS consent records — the date, time, IP address, page URL, and exact consent language shown when you opted in to text messages.
• Message data — delivery status and replies (such as STOP or HELP) processed by our messaging provider, Twilio.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, referring URL, browser, device type, and approximate location from IP address.

• To send the setup link and account messages you requested by text.
• To create, size, and service your weather revenue hedge and IncentivPay offers.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and messaging misuse, and to secure the service.
• To meet legal, tax, recordkeeping, and telecom compliance obligations.

Text messages are sent only after you check the consent box on our activation form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Twilio — our messaging carrier partner, solely to deliver the SMS you consented to receive.
• Service providers — hosting, database, analytics, and support tooling, each under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
• Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four years as required for telecom compliance, even after you opt out.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect personal information. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@incentivpay.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

The service is intended for business owners 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
